This policy covers returns and refunds for products (paperback and hardcover books) purchased directly from www.kathleenrodgers.org. If you bought from a third-party retailer (Amazon, bookstores), please contact that retailer for returns.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 14 days of receipt at krodgers24@aol.com with: order number, photos of the damage/issue, and a brief description.
- We will confirm the issue and, at our option, provide a replacement, or refund (exclduing return shipping costs where applicable).
Returns for Change of Mind
- Returns for change of mind are accepted at our discretion and only within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in resalable condition (unmarked, with packaging intact).
- You are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise agreed.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-14 business days. Shipping charges (original or return) will be refunded only where required by law or where the item was damaged/incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
- Digital downloads and items marked as final sale are non-returnable.
Customs, International Shipping & Taxes
- International buyers are responsible for customs, import duties, taxes, and any local fees.
- We do not control or reimburse these charges.
How to Return
- Email krodgers24@aol.com with order number and reason for return.
- We will provide instructions and a return address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it with tracking and insurance (we recommend this).
- Keep your tracking number until refund is confirmed.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for returns lost in transit if the buyer chooses an uninsured/untracked shipping method. For damaged/incorrect items we will not unreasonably refuse a remedy.
